We need more lids. Plastic lids. Please if you are not already saving them start doing so. Tell your mom. She will do it for you. Peanut butter lids, deodrant lids, dishwashing deterget lids......please, please!!!!
AP Art Showcase!!! April 18th - Cafeteria We will start setting up the show at 1:00 pm. Each of you will get two black grids. Four of you will go on the big wall. People with big canvases, Sophie, Sophia, Kelsey??????? We will figure it out. Don't forget that each of you will need to bring dessert for at least 10 people. It's time to see all your hard work come together!

ReplyDeleteIs there some type of Facebook event for the AP Showcase? I feel like more people would go if we made something like that!
ReplyDeleteExcited about the show this year, even though there is still a lot I have to do. Also, I'm not sure if anybody told you this Mrs. McBride, but we need more matting board. On Friday there were several of us looking for pieces large enough to mat our work with, but many of the pre-cut pieces are too small to use - at least for me. We found the white & cream colored mat board, but I think most of us need the kind that has black on one side.

ReplyDeleteAhhh so excited!!! I agree with Andrea, a lot of people didn't even know that we were having an art show on the 18th, so it would be good to get the word out! Maybe we could even make one of those big banners to put in the senior commons to remind people. I can't wait! Also are we still doing a dessert sign up thing or can we just bring whatever?
